Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]

Helix London Ltd currently operates primarily as a remote-first organization, with meetings held virtually or at client sites across the UK. Where in-person services are arranged, we ensure accessible meeting environments in line with UK Equality Act 2010 standards.

In the event of face-to-face consultations arranged in shared office locations or serviced business centers, we aim to:

Use step-free, wheelchair-accessible buildings with elevators where possible
Ensure reception and meeting areas have wide doorways and adjustable seating
Provide assistance for visitors with visual or auditory impairments, such as staff guidance or captions for presentations
Make written materials available in large print upon request
